Port of Nice services

Nice is beautifully located on France's southern coast in the region the French call the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera). The Italian border is just 20 miles west of the Côte d'Azur. The Port of Nice is positioned in the centre of the city and links Nice with several Corsican ports. Nice is a busy tourist centre, and provides an excellent base for exploring the Côte d'Azur.

A tourist information office, toilets, telephones, baby changing area, showers, vending machines, games room, and an air-conditioned entrance hall are the facilities the two ferry terminals provide. In Nice you will find several charming typical French café's, banks (currency exchange), a post office, newsagent, souvenir shops, and newsagents.

For centuries Nice has been attracting crowds of holidaymakers and it's conveniently located near other well visited tourist destinations including Antibes, Monaco, Saint Tropez, and Cannes.

Two ferry companies run services between Nice and Corsica: SNCM Ferries and Corsica Sardinia Ferries. Two types of crafts provide the services, High-speed NGV ferries and conventional passenger and car ferries. SNCM operate sailings to and from Ajaccio, Bastia, Calvi, Bastia, and Ile Rousse. Corsica Sardinia Ferries also provide a route to Ajaccio and Calvi.
