Unfortunately the Cork to Swansea Ferry, operated by Fastnet Line, will discontinue its full published service with immediate effect. The company has been placed into Interim Examinership at a sitting of the High Court in Dublin on Tuesday November 1st. Subject to a successful examinership, the service will re commence on Friday April 6th 2012 and sail until Saturday September 29th 2012.

It is thought that under the new schedule, the service will not operate during the months October to March inclusive in the future.
