Port of Santander services
From Santander Port, about 150,000 people per year are transported by ferry to Plymouth. Santander is linked by an outstanding transport infrastructure, connecting the city with popular Spanish costas, other Spanish regions and Portugal. The airport is situated nearby, just two miles (three kilometres) from the city. Brittany Ferries operates a twice weekly sailing between the Port of Santander and the Port of Plymouth onboard their enormous flag ship the Pont Aven.

Brittany Ferries runs up to two ferry services a week, with a journey time of about 20 hours, 30 minutes. Vessels navigate between March and September. The shipping company has an advanced and modern fleet that provides a choice of high-speed crafts and cruise liners. All of their crafts provide outstanding onboard facilities, featuring live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
