P&O Irish Sea Ferries

P&O Irish Sea Ferries offers a choice of three ferry routes between Ireland and England. Their crafts that operate the Liverpool-Belfast route provide facilities featuring two restaurants and a bar, two relaxing lounges, cabins with twin beds, and stylish interiors. Meals are included in the price. These crafts carry both cargo drivers and car passengers. There are no elevators and the principal passenger area can only be accessed by a staircase. The ships may not be suitable for the physically disabled, the infirm, or little children.

From Liverpool port P&O Irish Sea Ferries operates seven daily services to Dublin. The duration of the sea voyage between the two ports is approximately 8 hours.

Isle of Man Steam Packet Company

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has been established since 1830 and is the world's oldest continually operating passenger shipping service. Annually the company carries around 600,000 passengers and 170,000 vehicles and motorcycles. Today Isle of Man Steam Packet Company operates conventional ferry (and fast ferry) crossings which link the Isle of Man to Liverpool, Heysham, Dublin and Belfast.

From the Port of Liverpool the company provides two daily sailings to the capital of the Isle of Man. The duration of the journey between Liverpool and Douglas is approximately 2 hours, 30 minutes. Onboard facilities include a wide range of foods including special meals for kids and a bar offering beers, spirits and wines.
