Port of Dublin services
The Port of Dublin is the most active ferry passenger port in Ireland, transporting over one million people annually to locations in Great Britain and Europe. The facility boasts three terminals and is positioned at the River Liffey's mouth, just two miles from the centre of Dublin.
Four main ferry operators run ferry services from the port: the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, P&O Irish Sea, Irish Ferries and Stena Line. Amenities at Dublin Port are outstanding and feature currency exchange services, ATMs, baby-changing areas, a coffee shop and a convenience store. Physically handicapped passengers will also find good specially designated facilities. Additionally, the port provides car parking spaces for short-stay and long-stay parking as well dedicated parking spaces for physically handicapped motorists.
Irish Ferries operates the globe's largest car and passenger ferry on the service from Dublin to Holyhead. The craft, named Ulysses, can accommodate 2,000 persons and hundreds of vehicles. This is a busy service that is also operated by a faster vessel, the Jonathan Swift catamaran.
P&O Irish Sea provides three routes from Dublin to France and the UK including Dublin to Liverpool, England and Dublin to Cherbourg, France in the summer season.

The Stena Adventurer is a highly advanced craft which is operated by Stena Line. This vessel is a recent addition to the service between Dublin and Holyhead, running two times a day, year-round. Stena Line is reputed for their commitment to detail and superior standard.
The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company provides a standard sea voyage between the Port of Dublin and the Port of Liverpool. The service is operated throughout the year. In addition, the company offers a high-speed ferry service during summertime. Also available is a frequent summer sailing to Douglas on the Isle of Mann, en-route to Liverpool.
