L D Lines now operates the Boulogne to Dover ferry route. Journey time is just 1 hour 45 minutes with their vessel the Norman Spirit taking over this route in November 2009.
The Norman Spirit provides the following amenities: a play and fun area and video entertainment for kids, several shops, a sundeck, a coffee and wine bar, a café, and a vast concourse with relaxing seats and table amenities.
Physically disabled passengers will find dedicated onboard facilities. These include a corridor which is easily accessible by wheelchair and dedicated toilets. Personal assistance and wheelchairs is available when arranged on request.
