Ferry Online Travel News 25/12/2008
Steiner Leisure announced the extension of its agreement with Seabourn through December 2014.
The company will also be providing service on board the new Seabourn ‘Odyssey’ class cruise ships as they come into service.
Seabourn’s new ‘Odyssey’ class will include three cruise ships, with the first ready for launch in June of 2009. Under the amendment to its agreement with the cruise line, Steiner Leisure will operate spas and provide beauty and wellness services and products on these and all other Seabourn vessels.
When the new ‘Odyssey’ class debuts, Seabourn will unveil a series of firsts on its cruise ships, including two-deck spas with luxurious villas and cabanas for couples and state-of-the-art fitness centers.
Passengers will have available to them Thai massage studios, relaxation hydro-pools - both outside and inside - and a range of Elemis products and treatments.
Leonard Fluxman, who is president and CEO of Steiner Leisure, said: "We have collaborated with Seabourn for many years and have always been proud to treat their discerning guests to our services and products. The new "Odyssey" class ships will truly introduce a new plateau of ultra-luxury travel, and we are very excited for the opportunity to supplement the extraordinary luxury of these beautiful vessels with our premier services and products."
